The activity of Tunnel and Bridge Technologies S.L is aimed at satisfying the expectations and needs of our clients, always looking for excellence in the quality of our services.
In January 2020, the Tunnel and Bridge Technologies Quality Management System was certified for the first time by SGS as a demonstration of compliance with the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.
Our commitments are:
- Understanding quality management as a basic strategic process in the activity of the company, essential to ensure the correct provision of services. For this, our Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 is implemented.
- Dedicate the necessary resources for the correct implementation of our Quality Management System and for the continuous improvement of it and the processes contemplated in it.
- Identify, evaluate and manage risks, threats, weaknesses and strengths and develop a plan for continuous improvement for the company.
- Provide engineering services at the highest level, providing our experience and know-how, and mobilizing the necessary resources. Always develop technical solutions that respect the environment and the social and cultural reality of the place, strictly respecting professional ethics, in the following areas of civil and structural engineering:
- Technical assistance and advice
- Feasibility studies, pre-design, tender and detailed designs, construction engineering
- Detailed analysis and complete design of structures of all types: civil, industrial and building
- Inspection, evaluation and monitoring of existing structures and design of actions on them
- Independent design checking
- Ensure the satisfaction of our customers by meeting their needs and covering their expectations in order to build loyalty.
- Ensure production processes that are effective in cost and time, that respect the applicable legal framework and that, through the adoption of the appropriate strategic decisions, contribute to the business objectives.
- Motivate employees in the values of teamwork, respect for the client and quality and excellence in the performance of their duties, encouraging them to continuous improvement. For this, a training plan is developed.
- Make our quality policy accessible to all involved parties.
